Chaviarte maintains emergency service line from North to South

Chaviarte followed the rules laid down by the General Directorate of Health and on March 18 decided to close most of its stores and telework employees from its central facilities. It was a measure for the safety of all those who make this brand a benchmark in the security products, systems and services sector on a daily basis.
But the decision was unanimous from the outset: in an emergency situation, Chaviarte's national hotline must continue to be available for Portuguese people who lock their doors and leave the key inside, lose their house keys, have faulty locks that put the security of their homes at risk, lose their car keys or have them break down, and also for companies that have closed their doors or are working in a different situation to usual and need better surveillance products, more secure doors and access control to their premises.
Since that day, the team and the entire network of Chaviarte stores have been available under strong hygiene and safety measures to continue providing these services and not let the Portuguese feel unsafe in their own homes, cars or businesses.
These services are provided by Chaviarte professionals certified by APECSS - Associação Portuguesa de Empresas de Chaves e Sistemas de Segurança (Portuguese Association of Key and Security Systems Companies) and so far dozens of services have been provided from the north to the south of the country, some of which have even been requested by the Portuguese Security Forces themselves, such as the Police or GNR, which demonstrates the strength of a brand with 25 years of history!
